Day 3: SACRED VALLEY

This morning we will get up early and travel by bus to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Here, we will visit places like the Pisaq Ruins which is consider an ancient agricultural area. And you will have the opportunity to shop at the Indian Market that offers fine hadnmade products such as sweaters, accesories, paintings, and many other items. 

Then, we will continue our adventure to the ruins of Ollantaytambo, a symbol of the last stand of the Incas against Spanish domination. Later, we will visit Chinchero and other villages. Our Guide will explain all of the myths and history behind this beautiful valley.

Day 4:

We take the train to head up to 104 Km. where we will start our hike. We will visit the impressive ruins of Challabamba and Winay Wayna where we will stop for lunch. Then we continue hiking towards the Sun's Gate or Intipunku. Here we will get our first view of an incredible Macchu Picchu.  All meals are included.

Day 5:

After arriving to Macchu Picchu, we will have the chance to take a few panoramic photos of Macchu picchu from above. Next, we will leave the Sacred city by bus that will take us to the town of Aguas Calientes, where we will relax at a nice hotel.  You may also enjoy a walk around the tiny streets of this beautiful town.   

Day 6 :

Early morning, we will visit the entire complex of Macchu Picchu, and our guide will give us a detailed explanation of each building.  Also, you will have the opportunity to climb up to the Huayna Picchu, and get wonderful photos of this amazing sacred mountain. Later, we will go back to Aguas Calientes to take the train back to Cuzco. 

Day 7 :

You will have a rest day to go shopping or walk around town. Be ready to say Adios! to Cusco but not without a farewell dinner Bigkids Adventures Style.

Day 8:

Today you will catch you flight out of Cuzco to Lima and back to the hotel El Ducado. Depending on your flight home you may have time to go down to the beach or Larcomar.
